8:18am: Judy Kolbeck reported a subject who rides a horse on McKinley Street and does not clean up waste in the street from the animal. The officer is working to determine who the subject is and speak to them about the issue.

10:30am: Allison Rumley advised of phone messages left on her phone by a subject claiming to be a Naval Investigator. The officer made some calls and learned the subject is a Naval Investigator and trying to reach Rumley, as she may be a witness in an assault case.

10:41am: An officer assisted EMS with a Medical Call in the 200 Block of West Harrison Street.

11:19am: The Jefferson Library reported receiving Prank Phone Calls. The officer advised of some tools that could be used to determine who the caller is. The Library advised if it continued, they would want to take further steps.

3:40pm: Landus Cooperative reported receiving a Scam E- Mail. The e-mail advised a worker to purchase $1000.00 in Apple iTunes Cards for loyal customers and send the card numbers back to the e-mail address. The company caught the scam and did not incur a loss.

7:05pm: A caller advised of a male subject with Active Iowa Arrest Warrants, possibly staying at a Motel in Jefferson. The officer checked and learned the subject had stayed in town last week, but had since checked out.

7:40pm: The Greene County High School spoke with an officer concerning a student who has not been attending classes. The officer is working to make contact with the student and parents.
