dallas county hospital

Dallas County Hospital in Perry has once again received recognition for their survey results, this time receiving high marks from inpatient surgery patients.

For two months in a row, DCH has received 100% ratings for the questions, “Would you recommend this hospital,” and “Would you rate the hospital a 9-10.” The hospital’s physicians also received the highest scores possible for communication with hospitalized patients, while the nurses scored the highest possible on friendliness and information given on the day of surgery. Finally, the surgery center was given the highest possible rating on cleanliness.

The surveys are conducted by a third-party company with no affiliation to the hospital, in order to get objective input directly from patients. DCH administrators were pleased with the results from the most recent surveys, and they’re proud of the staff for their continued efforts.
