2:13pm: A deputy assisted a State Safety Inspector at Flack River Farms.

3:53pm: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on 300th Street and Taft Avenue. Steven Smith 41 of Jefferson was arrested for driving while barred, operating a non-registered vehicle, and failure to provide proof of insurance.

2:59pm: A deputy assisted with an unruly child in the 100 block of Howard Street, Rippey.

4:55pm: A deputy tried to locate a semi with a flat tire on 220th Street near Jefferson.

5:48pm: A deputy investigated a theft of a vehicle that was found to be towed to the impound lot in Jefferson.

5:55pm: A deputy tried to locate cattle that were out on M Avenue near 245th Street.

6:07pm: Shawn Elsbury 50 of Jefferson was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

6:54pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 700 block of State Street, Scranton.
