A contributing factor to the Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers varsity football team getting off to their first 2-0 start since 2015 has been the play of their defense. The Tigers have allowed 17 total points through the first eight quarters of the season and have recorded 20 solo tackles for loss. Only Sioux City Heelan has more solo tackles for loss entering week three of the high school football season, making 23 stops behind the line of scrimmage. Junior Kaden Sutton continues to lead ADM’s defense in solo tackles for loss with seven. Senior Spencer Collins has made five tackles behind the line of scrimmage while senior Nick Bradshaw and junior Tom Boorn have registered two tackles for loss each. ADM resumes their season Friday night on the road against the Grinnell Tigers. Hear all nine ADM regular season football games on True Country K 107.9, raccoonvalleyradio.com, and the KKRF mobile app.
