Everyone is invited to the fifth annual Greene County Fair Ag Product Auction.

The fundraiser is slated for Tuesday, September 4th at Clover Hall on the Greene County Fairgrounds in Jefferson. For a fifth consecutive year, there will be several ag-related products for people to bid on, and there will be a silent auction as well. A social time begins at 5pm, followed by a dinner at 6 and the auction will start at 7.

Fair Board Secretary Doug Hawn says the auction will round out their capital campaign project for their livestock building upgrades. The final building installed prior to this year’s county fair was the lead beef and pen-of-three buildings, west of the showring.
