One of the surest signs of fall on the horizon is the annual “CyHawk” football game between Iowa State University (ISU) and the University of Iowa. Guthrie County ISU Extension and Outreach will once again host a tailgate party to celebrate the rivalry on Friday, September 7th from 11am-1pm at the Extension office in Guthrie Center.

There will be free hot dogs, chips, cookies, and bottled water served. Office staff encourage participants to wear team gear or colors to support their side. There will also be an ISU tailgate package up for grabs. No pre-registration is necessary for the event. This is the 7th year that  Guthrie County Extension has hosted the event.
