After telling Raccoon Valley Radio last weekend he was embarrassed by last year’s season, Panorama junior quarterback Luke South gave Panther football fans a season-opening performance to remember Friday night. South produced 376 yards of total offense, scoring four touchdowns in the Panthers’ 41-14 week one win at Fort Dodge St Edmond. South, starting his third season under center for Panorama football, threw an 18-yard touchdown to senior Gracen Welburg and a 24-yard score to sophomore Zach Rizzuti. His longest touchdown run measured 43 yards. The Raccoon Valley Radio Network will have a full recap on Monday’s local sports page.
