12:37am: An officer located an Open Door at 407 East Central. The officer secured the business.

6:48am: A caller advised of Barking Dogs in the 500 Block of West Adams Street. The officer located the animals and spoke with the owner about solutions to the issue.

9:56am: Alex Teeples reported receiving the IRS Phone Scam call. She did not give out any information and did not incur a loss.

11:07am: A Traffic Stop in the 100 Block of East Harrison Street resulted in Bryce Burkhardt of Jefferson being cited for, “Operation without Registration.”

12:50pm: A Traffic Stop in the 600 Block of South Olive Street resulted in Kelsey Ostendorf of Jefferson for, “Operation without Registration.”

1:07pm: Renee Carhill reported an Abandoned Bicycle in the 600 Block of East Lincoln Way Street. The officer placed the bike in Impound.

1:55pm: Officers responded to City Hall for an unruly customer. The male left when asked to do so by officers.

2:58pm: A Traffic Stop in the 200 Block of West State Street resulted in the arrest of Benito Ortiz of Grand Junction for, Driving While Barred – Aggravated.”

7:36pm: Jennifer Ashby reported being harassed by a neighbor at 108 East Central Ave. The neighbor had asked Ashby to turn her music down and she had refused. The officer advised her to turn the music down, which ended the issue.

9:06pm: The GCMC ER requested a Welfare Check on a male in the 1000 Block of West Adams Street. The officer made contact with the male and coaxed him back to ER to be evaluated by a medical doctor.

10:11pm: Autumn Dolph called to reported a JPD Officer was parked across the street from her residence at 304 North Vine and she felt it was Harassment. The officer was parked in the area searching for an unlicensed driver parked at HyVee.

11:47pm: A caller advised of a male walking through yards near Washington Park. The officer spoke to a male walking in the area about the complaint.
