The fall sports competition season gets underway tomorrow night for the Adel-Desoto-Minburn Community Schools student athletes. This week’s athletic schedule starts with the Tiger varsity volleyball team competing in the 2018 Dallas Center-Grimes Volleyball Invitational. According to ADM’s athletic calendar on the Raccoon River Conference website, the Tigers will face the Urbandale Jayhawks at 5:30 p.m. and the Southeast Polk Rams in their pool play matches in Grimes beginning at 5:30 p.m. The tournament is the only competition scheduled this week for the Tiger volleyball team, who’ll look to build on a 23-12 campaign from last season. ADM volleyball fans will see several new faces in the starting lineup after the graduation of five seniors this May.
