After months of work, the Perry Chamber of Commerce has now officially rolled out its new online member directory.
Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti says they had a soft roll out the previous week, but as of last Thursday the directory is now live and ready to help the public and members alike. “So it’s very exciting that it’s finally up and running. We’ve been working on it for quite a while. It’ll be a fantastic tool for people looking for information, (and) it’ll be a great tool for our members to have that information out there and accessible for anyone looking for it.”
Pasutti also continues to emphasize that the directory is a work in progress, so although it’s live she’s still making tweaks to it. She adds, getting members accustomed to their side of the directory will take a bit of teaching. “We have more work to do in terms of a campaign to educate our members on all the great things that they can do. There’s a whole member portal that we’ll be able to tap into to exchange information. They’ll be able to log in and update information if they’re seasonal, if they want to change their hours, update a photo, things like that. So it’s live now, but there’s still improvements to come to really make that a great resource for everyone.”
