A member of this year’s Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers coaching personnel with college football playing and coaching experience is new assistant head coach Logan Hansen. ADM head football coach Garrison Carter has brought Hansen on staff to work with the Tigers offensive lineman. “He finally decided to put his 36 ACT score and super intelligence to use and get a job as an engineer and move to the Des Moines area,” Carter said, “Which allowed us to hire him as our offensive line coach. Him and coach Alumbaugh have been in the weight room every morning at 6 a.m. despite living 30 minutes away.”
Hansen, a Minnesota native, played four years of college football at Wartburg College in Waverly from 2008-2011 and was a graduate assistant for the Wisconsin Platteville Pioneers football team in 2013 & 2014. The first official practice of the 2018 season for the ADM Tiger football team is Monday, August 6.
