Edward James Keltner, age 34 of 28925 360th St., Booneville was arrested at 905 Main St., Van Meter for public intoxication.

Brando Burgos, age 18 of 1608 4th St., Perry was arrested 6th St., and Pattee St., Perry for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

Lashauna Rushelle Bailey, age 35 of 2201 26th St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
