2:28am: A Traffic Stop was performed in the 300 Block of South Elm Street resulting in Cherri Wright of Lake View being cited for, “Fail to Have a Valid License.”

9:32am: Jeanette Lawrence spoke to an officer about receiving Harassing Phone calls from a relative in Perry.

1:58pm: Josie Stevens reported someone using the garbage dumpster without permission at 307 North Olive Street.

2:32pm: Paul Oyres reported the Theft of a bicycle from 402 North Vine Street.

3:49pm: Melinda Madison spoke to an officer about the well being of a child she was concerned about in Jefferson. DHS has been contacted with her concerns.

3:56pm: Jan Black reported a Missing Juvenile from 708 West Harrison Street. He was located a short time later. DHS is working with the family.

4:20pm: Linda Nichols spoke to an officer concerning a Civil Issue occurring at 903 West Harrison Street.

5:59pm: Nikki Henderson spoke with an officer about unwanted contact from a Jefferson female. The officer advised the subject to end the unwanted contact immediately.

5:59pm: Melissa Niles reported a possible Suicidal Female at 701 North Cedar Street. The officer brought the female to ER for evaluation by a medical doctor.

10:59pm: Kelsey Reed advised of a suspicious male walking around the square. The officer did not locate the subject.

11:37pm: An officer located an Open Door at 1801 North Elm Street.
