There were two main goals entering the season for the West Central Valley first year head softball coach Tayrn Van Ryswk: win more games than last year and play as many seven inning contests as possible. Last summer, the Wildcats posted a 4-24, having 19 of their losses end before the seventh, including seven against West Central Activities Conference opponents. Both goals were achomplished as this years campaign saw the Wildcats win one more game than last season, and West Central Valley was only run-ruled in eight contests, including three league games. The Wildcats lose four seniors off this year’s squad to graduation, including Grace Dupuy, Taylor Beane, Erin Franklin, and Kennedy Lose.
