Wednesday, July 11th

7:54am: A Traffic Stop in the 1400 Block of North Elm Street resulted in Jacob Day of Jefferson being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

8:46am: Matt Roberts turned in a baggy of suspected narcotics he located in the roadway in the 600 Block of West Washington Street. The substance was tested and determined to not be narcotics and destroyed by the officer.

11:05am: Officers assisted EMS with a Medical Call at the Greene County Fairgrounds.

11:22am: Walton Woods spoke with an officer about a former tenant coming back to the complex. They requested the subject be told she was no longer welcome on the property. The officer advised the female of their wishes.

11:42am: Austin Reding reported a Careless Driver on North Elm Street. The vehicle was not located.

12:13pm: Officers went to 103 Sunset Place and arrested Adam Michael Winger, 37 of Jefferson, on an outstanding Jefferson Police Department Arrest Warrant for, “Trespass – Simple.”

2:00pm: Vince Ratliff reported a suspicious subject in a vehicle parked in the 500 Block of South Wilson Ave. The office made contact with the subject, who was sitting in the shade using his phone for business.

6:23pm: An officer assisted Regency Park employees with a resident refusing to get out of a vehicle to go back inside the facility.

10:15pm: Eric Chrystal spoke with an officer concerning a Civil Property Issue occurring at 702 West Mahlon Street.
