A Scranton man faces a felony charge for an alleged domestic abuse incident.

According to a press release from the Greene County Sheriff’s office, a deputy responded to a call of a domestic incident in the 1900 block of Locust Street in Scranton at 10:15pm Friday. Sheriff Jack Williams says during the investigation, the deputy found physical evidence from the victim that abuse had allegedly taken place. Fifty-one-year-old Nathaniel Brown was then arrested and charged with a Class D Felony for his third of subsequent offense for domestic abuse assault.

He was booked into the Greene County Jail.
