12:14am: An officer located an open door at 600 East Lincoln Way.

11:23am: Pat Peterson reported a phone scam.

11:47am: An officer located graffiti on the north side of a building located at 206 North Wilson Avenue. The officer is investigating.

12:16pm: Rhonda Thomas requested a welfare check be done on a friend.

12:17pm: As a result of a traffic stop in the 400 block of West McKinley Street, Mariah Bartley of Jefferson was issued a citation for Excessive Speed.

12:32pm: Gloria Dagit reported a phone scam.

2:29pm: An officer responded to 402 West Russell Street for a male who was shooting a BB gun in his back yard.

3:09pm: As a result of a traffic stop in the 300 block of East Washington Street, Amanda Goodpaster of Paton was issued a citation for Failure to Have Valid Driver’s License.

4:00pm: An officer assisted the Greene County Sheriff’s Office with a single vehicle accident in the 1100 block of 237th Street.

4:58pm: Casey’s General Store (508 North Elm Street) reported possible tampering of their gas pumps. It appeared someone attempted to remove the “sealed” sticker on several gas pumps. Everything appeared to be okay.

7:07pm: Nicole Johnson reported being harassed by Jon Johnson.

8:19pm: Teresa Gustoff advised she located a dead squirrel in her garden.

11:00pm: An officer responded to the Greene County Jail to assist a jailer with an uncooperative inmate.

**** As a result of an investigation that began on 05.08.2018, an Arrest Warrant has been requested for Amanda Blair (37) of Churdan for Theft – 5th Degree. It was reported Amanda had been stealing alcohol from her place of employment (Doc’s Stadium) at 113 North Chestnut Street.
