With the upcoming primary election in Iowa, Raccoon Valley Radio is here to help educate voters on the candidates.

Tune into our Special Edition Primary Election Meet The Candidates In Depth News Magazine where we sit down with the candidates in the contested primary races. In Greene County, there are three Republicans candidates seeking the nomination for Iowa House District 47. In Dallas County, there are three candidates running for the Republican ticket for County Supervisor District 3 and two Democrats seeking the nomination for County Supervisor District 1. There are several contested primary races in Guthrie County. There are four Republican candidates for County Supervisor District 3, two Republicans for County Supervisor District 2, two Republicans for County Supervisor District 4 and two Republicans for Iowa House District 20.

Each county’s races will air on their respective stations at 1 and 7pm on Monday, May 28th. And in case you miss it on the air, each program will be available on our website, under the Let’s Talk tab after the first airing at 1pm. It will continue to be on our website until the polls close on election day on June 5th. We are focusing our attention on the contested primary races to help educate voters before the primary election day on June 5th.
