Jefferson LibraryFree entertainment is taking place today for some youngsters at the Jefferson Library Children’s Department.

Children’s Librarian Terry Clark invites all four-year-olds through sixth graders to the free movie “The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature.” Clark describes what the movie is about.

“It’s all about a silly squirrel and the gang. They’re back at Liberty Park. They were forced to leave their life at the nut store to protect their park and the mayor has decided to turn that park into an amusement park now. So they’re coming back to try and save their home.”

The free movie will take place in the children’s department of the library from 2:30 to 4pm. Free popcorn and pop will be provided.
