It’s not been easy getting track & field meets in so far this season because of Winter-like weather. That’s case for the meet scheduled for Monday in Jefferson at Linduska Field. That meet has been moved back one day to Tuesday, April 10. It’s actually the Carroll High Coed Relays, but it’s being held in Jefferson due to renovations of Carroll Athletic Field.

Starting time on Tuesday is 4:30 p.m. The Greene County girls have had just one outdoor meet, while the boys have had two. Neither Greene County team competed last week as the only meet on the schedule was cancelled and won’t be made up.

Both Greene County teams have two meets scheduled for this week. In addition to April 10, the boys are to go to Des Moines on April 12 for the Saydel Invitational, while the girls travel to Perry. Starting time is 4:30 p.m. for both meets.
