Voters in the Greene County School District will head to the polls today to decide on a $21.48 million bond referendum.

Those in the Jefferson precinct must vote at Clover Hall on the Greene County Fairgrounds. Scranton voters will head to the polls at the Scranton Community Center. The polling location for Grand Junction and Rippey voters is St. Brigid’s Parish Center in Grand Junction. With a recent change in Iowa law, everyone who votes must show a photo of identification. Polls are open from 7am to 8pm.

The $21.48 million bond referendum is for general obligation bonds to be issued for construction of a new high school and regional career academy.
