The ACGC boys track and field team has plenty to be pleased with after high marks at the Davis Relays Thursday in Perry. Several Chargers also recorded personal bests.

Overall, thirteen athletes recorded the best marks in their high school careers Thursday. Senior Quenton Spack (100/200) and Junior Noah Nelsen (800/3200) recorded PRs in two events. Additionally both runners in the 200 and 800 meter disciplines recorded personal bests. Boys head coach Tyler Mosbach tells Raccoon Valley Radio there may have been even better results had the weather been a little warmer. However, he is extremely pleased with the attitude the athletes have put forth to begin the season.

The boys will get two chances next week to improve even further. They will head to Panorama on Tuesday and host a meet on Thursday in Guthrie Center.
