The ACGC boys golf team recently learned where they will tee off in the Class 2A sectional round of this year’s IAHSAA postseason. The Charger golfers will be part of the West Central Valley sectional on Friday, May 11th at the 5×80 Golf and Country Club in Menlo. The sectional hosted by the Wildcats also includes athletes from: AHSTW, Des Moines Christian, Earlham, Logan-Magnolia, Panorama, and Van Meter.

The top two teams and three individuals from the sectional round will advance to the district competition the following week at the Lake Panorama National Golf Course. The boys team kicks off their season on Monday at Jester Park in a triangular against Des Moines Christian and Earlham.
