The Jefferson City Council met Tuesday night in regular session.

The Council approved a resolution to rename Microsoy Drive to East Stanford Street. It was recommended by the streets committee after Landus Cooperative purchased the former Microsoy business. The Council then agreed to leave private businesses off of wayfinding signs and proceed with naming city-owned and other public areas of town. The Council also decided to move ahead with ordering the poles and bases that the signs will be placed on. There are 18 total poles to be located throughout the city.
