Funeral services for Kenneth Cullen, 78, of Massena, will be Tuesday at 10:30 am at the Steen Funeral Home in Massena.  Burial will be in the Victoria Township Cemetery in Massena.  A luncheon will be held at the Massena Lions/Legion Hall following the services.  Visitation will be Monday from 3 pm to 8 pm at the funeral home.  Family will be present from 6 pm to 8 pm.  Memorials may be directed to the Kenneth Cullen Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.  Survivors include:  Wife, Claudia.  Children, Jennifer Cullen of Indianola and Gregory Cullen of Atlantic.  3 grandchildren.  Sister, Kathleen Nelson of Massena.
