Several members of the Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers boys track team starts their competition season today in Cedar Falls. According to ADM head boys track coach Mike Whisner, he’s taking 13 athletes with him to the annual Dickinson Relays, an indoor meet hosted by the University of Northern Iowa track program. The Tigers will have individuals competing in multiple field events such as the high jump, long jump, and shot put. ADM will have individuals running in sprint races such as the 60, 200, and 400-meter dashes and longer runs in the 800 and 3200-meter events. ADM will run three relay teams during the Dickinson Relays including the 4×200, the 4×400, and the 4×800 meter. First events are set for 2 p.m. today in Cedar Falls.
