Dallas Co Supervisors 1-9

The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.

The Board will start the meeting off with discussion and possible action on a resolution setting ambulance fees for the current year. Next, they will set times and dates for public hearings regarding the County’s five-year road construction program, and a Lexus Nexis electronic legal research service. A discussion on tax credit applications will follow, including one to disallow agricultural land credits, a second to allow family farm credits, and a third to disallow family farm credits.

The Supervisors will then approve the fiscal year 2018/19 County budget for publication, and set a time and date for a public hearing for the budget presentation. They will also make a Board appointment to the Eminent Domain Committee, and hold a workshop with the Human Resources Department. The meeting will conclude with another closed session to discuss pending litigation.

The meeting is open to the public and will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Adel.
