The Perry Chamber of Commerce will hold their monthly Chamber Coffee this Friday.

The location for the February event is VisionPoint, which is one of the newest members of the Chamber. As such, Chamber Board member Lee Coons says they wanted to make the Chamber Coffee extra special, which is why they’ll bust out their oversized scissors. “Ted Smith and the folks out there at VisionPoint on 1st Street will be holding our monthly Chamber Coffee event. It’s been a good event. We’ll get 25-30 folks out there from around the community. It’s a great opportunity for people to get together and network and whatnot. But following the Chamber Coffee, we’ll be actually doing a ribbon cutting, just to kind of kick off their business, and you know, wish them success in the community.”

There is no cost to attend the event, which will start at 8 a.m., and there will be refreshments provided. The Perry Chamber holds the Coffee events the second Friday of every month as a way for people to network and get the word out about their upcoming events.
