The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular budgeting session today.

Transfer Station Executive Director Jotham Arber will present the station’s Five-Year Plan to the Board. Arber will also include a proposal for the station’s fiscal year 2018-2019 budget and an update on purchasing a new telehandler. The Board will then consider for approval a series of 28E agreements between Guthrie and surrounding counties for environmental health purposes, as well as the public health department’s compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

County Treasurer Marci Schreck will also make a presentation on her department’s fiscal year 2018-2019 budget. The meeting will conclude with a review of the Employee Benefit Services (EBS) Receipt and Disbursement report for November of 2017.

The meeting begins at 9am in the Supervisors’ Room in the Guthrie County Courthouse.
