Greene County Chamber and Tourism’s Annual Dinner has a new date.
Tourism and Events Coordinator Michael Reese says the annual dinner will take place on Friday, January 19th at the Jefferson Municipal Golf Course Clubhouse. A social time is at 5:30pm, with a buffet meal followed by a program. Reese points out what the program will be.
“Basically it gives me the stage to get in front of all of our members and explain in detail what changes we’ve made for the positive, (and) what people can expect. This is everything from talking about the (Greene County) Ambassadors, to our new (membership) tier system-that we’re trying to finalize here-our new identity, branding, and our philosophy on things.”
Along with the program will be a new slate of board officers, Chamber membership milestones and the announcement of the 2017 Above and Beyond the Call (ABC) Award winner.
Tickets are $20 per person and can be purchased in advanced by calling 386-2155 or stopping by the Chamber office.
