A third Democratic candidate for Iowa’s fourth Congressional District will be making a campaign stop in Jefferson tomorrow.

Dr. John Paschen is from Ames and is a pediatrician. According to his campaign website, Paschen has served as board president of the Child Abuse Prevention and Education Council,  is currently Chairman of the Story County Board of Health, and is active with Operation of Hope, a nonprofit delivering medical care during annual mission trips to Zimbabwe. He is running against Republican incumbent Steve King.   

Dr. Paschen will be at the Thomas Jefferson Gardens Education and Welcome Center at 7pm Tuesday.

The meet and greet event is free and open to the public.
