Last weekend, the Guthrie Center community ushered in a host of holiday decorations. Holiday lights and signs are now on full display at Mitchell Park in Guthrie Center through Christmas Day. The displays include plenty of depictions of Santa, his reindeer, and of course, the elves. The display went up in conjunction with the community’s annual soup supper. Santa and Mrs. Claus were also at the supper to celebrate the occasion.

Street lights along State Street, as well as Guthrie Center City Hall, also have light displays and holiday decorations.
