The Guthrie Center City Council will meet in regular session Monday.
The Council will conduct the second reading on two domestic property ordinances. The ordinances would essentially require a permit to install fences and garages or accessory buildings. The Council also has the option to waive the third reading if there is no public opinion on the ordinances.
The Council will also review presentations on the Community Catalyst Building Remediation Program and developments on City-owned properties. The meeting will conclude with nuisance infractions and a review of the proposed fiscal year 2018-2019 budget timeline. The timeline includes a scheduled public hearing before the final proposal on March 12th at 6:30pm.
The meeting begins at 6:30 pm at City Hall.
