According to court documents, Kerry Hayes was sentenced in Guthrie County District Court Monday after breaking gates around the county this past May. Judge Brad McCall sentenced Hayes to a total of four years probation and $1,600 in fines. Hayes is also required to write an apology letter to each of the affected gate owners.

The 38-year-old was taken into custody on June 12th and charged with two counts of second degree criminal mischief, class D felonies. Online court records show the charges were later amended to 3rd degree criminal mischief. The estimated damage of the broken gates was $5,650.
