A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street near K Avenue. Ronald Baxley 55 of Scranton hit a deer with his Chevy truck causing less than 1500 dollars damage.

A deputy investigated a burglary in the 1000 block of East Sandoe Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
