Time is running out to reserve your ticket to this year’s Jefferson Rotary Club Auction and Dinner event.

Auction Chair Adam Pedersen says tickets can be obtained either by going to their website at jeffersonrotary.org or purchasing them through a rotarian. The meal is a buffet-style this year, with a choice of either prime rib or chicken, plus sides, beverages and several varieties of cheesecakes.

Along with the dinner, and live and silent auctions, Pedersen says there is a lot of other entertainment for everyone. There will be cash raffles throughout the evening, along with a Heads and Tails game and a new Punch Out game.

“If you’ve seen ‘The Price is Right’ it’s just like that. You will pay $20 to join the Punch Out game. We will have a whole board of different holes that you can punch into and you reach your hand in and pull something out and you will receive at least something $20. We’ll have some big ticket items that people can go for.”

All the proceeds from the fundraiser will go back to Rotary and other local projects.

The event will be on Friday, November 10th at the Greene Room events center at Wild Rose. It starts with a social time at 5:30pm, followed by the buffet meal at 6:30pm. The live auction will wrap up the event.
