The West Central Valley Wildcat cross country teams gave it their all but unfortunately were unable to qualify any individuals or teams to state.

The boys team finished in 13th place out of 17 complete teams. Louden Foster was the top finisher for the Wildcats, finishing in 35th with a time of 19 minutes and 23 seconds. No other Wildcat runner finished in the top 50. The girls team finished in 11h place out of 16 complete teams. Aliyah Dickson was the top runner for the Lady Wildcats, finishing in 30th with a time of 23 minutes and 59 seconds. Kari Gomez also finished in the top 50, slotting into 39th place and clocking in at 24 minutes and 22 seconds.

Nodaway Valley won the boys meet with 29 points, followed by Woodward Academy with 69 points, and Earlham with 122 points. Earlham edges out Panorama by 14 points for the third and final spot. Panorama easily won the girls meet with 32 points, followed by Baxter with 100 points, and AHSTW with 119 points.
