Guthrie Center’s Mary J. Barnett Memorial Library is looking to reorganize the Friends of the Library group. The library will conduct a meeting on Monday October 16th at 5:30 pm for anyone interested in helping support and revitalize the organization. Director Patricia Sleister tells Raccoon Valley Radio that the meeting will be brief, but important to re-establishing the group.

They will be showing the movie Minions as part of their after-school activities on Tuesday and will continue their normal programs throughout the month. The library is also conducting their Fall Book Sale, starting Monday.
