Several Greene County High School girls swim for Boone under an athletic sharing agreement. The Toreadors were at the Des Moines Lincoln Pink in the Pool Invitational on Saturday. The event’s name promotes breast cancer awareness and prevention. Greene County students Haley Hall, a senior, and freshman Megan Doran were on multiple events that placed in the top eight. Those finishes are listed below.

Haley Hall- 100 butterfly 4th 1:05.34; 400 freestyle relay 4th 4:03.92; 200 freestyle 5th 2:08.59; 200 medley relay 5th 2:01.28;

Megan Doran- 200 freestyle relay 4th 1:50.00; 400 freestyle relay 4th 4:03.92; 50 freestyle 8th :27.83.
