The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet today.

The Board will consider for approval an appointment to the board of health, abating taxes to acquire a property for the county conservation department and a road closure to replace a bridge on County Road E-57.

The Board will also conduct two public hearings for two new hog confinements in Bristol and Highland townships. Following the public hearings, the Board will give their recommendation to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.

The meeting begins at 8:30am in the boardroom of the courthouse in Jefferson.
