staycation1Homecoming festivities come to Panorama starting Sunday. This year’s theme is “Panorama Staycation: We’re Not Part-Timers”.

The week starts with a homecoming triathlon obstacle course at the Panorama Sports Complex at 5:30pm. Teams of three will compete and there is no cost to participate. The event is open to those in grades 3-12 and adults. Teams can register up to the time of the event.

The homecoming King and Queen will be crowned Thursday night at 7:30 pm in the high school auditorium. Friday afternoon highlights the week with a student/staff cookout, the district-wide pep rally, and the homecoming football game against the Ogden Bulldogs at 7pm.

Superintendent Shawn Holloway notes the schedule change for this year’s homecoming week. “This year homecoming is surprisingly early. So that’s going to sneak up on a few people because usually that’s pushed back later in the month or even into early October.”
