Empowering Adair County Foundation will be making a significant change to their grant process. The Foundation will be conducting just one annual grant cycle. The deadline for the next cycle’s grants is October 15th at 4:30pm.

The grants are awarded to worthwhile projects that benefit Adair County. Preference for these grants are given to organizations that promote tourism, public services, economic well-being, and other facets. Projects can make grant requests up to $10,000 and awards are given at the discretion of the awarding committee.

The Foundation will make a presentation for these and other programs at the next Stuart Chamber meeting on Wednesday at noon at Country Kitchen. For more information contact Foundation Representative Deena Wells at dwells@iastate.edu.
