The Greene County veteran organizations are hosting a fundraising meal option during next week’s Hot August Night event.

The Jefferson VFW, American Legion and the VFW Auxiliary are serving walking tacos from 4:30 to 6:30pm at the VFW Hall on the downtown square. All of the typical walking taco toppings will be available, along with tea, lemonade and water for a free-will donation. All proceeds will benefit the local veteran organizations.
