The historic Hotel Pattee in downtown Perry is once again for sale, though after four years of profitability the owners have given it a $2.5 million price tag.
Jay and Denise Hartz reopened the hotel in 2013, after it had changed hands several times. The 100-year-old building underwent a $14 million renovation in the late 1990’s, serving as the centerpiece for a revitalized downtown Perry. The Hartzes turned the hotel into a highly profitable enterprise, but due to health reasons they have decided now was the time to step away.
The Hotel Pattee comes complete with a bowling alley, restaurant and lounge, full-service spa and fitness center, four meeting spaces, and 40 individual rooms. It saw more than $2 million in sales last year. To see the listing for the hotel, click on the link below.
