The season ended on Monday night in Harlan for the Rams after they lost 4-2 to the 2016 Class 3A State champion and currently number one rated Cyclones in the District 15 title game. The Rams finished with a 14-13 record, their second winning season in the last three.

As a team, the Rams had a .277 batting average and scored an average of 5.29 runs per game. They were charged with an average of 2.48 errors per game, and the team pitching staff had an earned run average of 2.44.
