A unique water skiing program is returning to Diamondhead Lake June 20th.
For a second consecutive year Wendy and James Shoemaker, who live on the lake, are hosting the program which celebrates their daughter Suzzanne’s skiing technique. Suzzanne has cerebral palsy, but is able to water ski with the assistance of a modified ski.
The Shoemaker’s have invited people with disabilities and veterans to the program which will be held starting at 9:00 a.m.
For more information on the program, listen to Tuesday’s Let’s Talk Guthrie County.
