Connection Map

The Perry Fareway is once again holding a round-up fundraiser, this time for the “Let’s Connect” bike trail project.

The fundraiser started Monday and will run through Saturday. The proceeds will go toward the Hiawatha Bike Club and the project to connect Perry’s section of the Raccoon River Valley Bike Trail with the High Trestle Trail in Woodward. Every time someone shops at the Perry Fareway, they’ll be given the option of rounding up their total to the nearest dollar amount at checkout, with the remainder going to the organization.

Recently Fareway held round-up fundraisers for Perry’s Academic, Cultural, and Enrichment Services (PACES), and for the Perry fireworks drive. They raised $738.85 for PACES and $1,503.52 for the fireworks drive. Store Manager Travis Landgrebe says he enjoys doing fundraisers that help organizations within the community, and he’s proud that his customers have proven to be so generous.
