Due to wet weather the first meeting of the Guthrie County Extension Women in Ag program was postponed to  Wednesday May 24 from it’s original start date of May 17.  

The first meeting will take place at the Extension office in Guthrie Center. Extension Youth Coordinator Mollie Clark tells Raccoon Valley about topics covered by the class.

“Mike (Witt) will discuss crop growth and development, pasture management, pest management principles, scouting techniques, cover crop and water quality.”
