Earlier this week, the Greene County School Board accepted the resignation of Activities Director Dean Lansman.

Lansman has resigned his positions as AD, high school science teacher and the head boys’ track and field coach effective the end of the current school year. He also resigned as head football coach this past January.

Lansman became AD in June of 2014. He was interim AD after Dave Waskow was released from his contract in 2013 and no one was immediately hired for the position. Lansman has taken a new job at North Polk High School as an assistant football and boys’ track and field coach and will teach high school science.
