Ballet Des Moines, a professional dance company, will perform at the Saints Center in Stuart, Friday, April 21 at 6:30 p.m. as part of the Saints Center Performing Arts Series. The performance is free to the public, though free-will donations will be accepted. Excerpts from several Ballet Des Moines performances will demonstrate a broad spectrum of dance from traditional ballet to modern. Zipp’s pizza will be served following the performance.

Ballet Des Moines’ mission is to bring professional dance to greater Des Moines and surrounding communities. Stuart was the first community outside the city of Des Moines to host the professional company, which recently performed at CY Stephens in Ames and at the Orpheum in Sioux City.
